- You won’t find any refined cooking oils here. Instead, recipes feature: extra-virgin olive oil, unrefined coconut oil, and natural animal fats like tallow, lard and duck fat.
- 99% of my recipes also fit the elimination phase of the paleo autoimmune protocol (AIP) (no eggs, no nightshades, no nuts, no seeds, no dairy). The recipes that do include a reintroduced food are marked accordingly.
